We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader with a strong background in SAP technologies. As the Team Leader, you will lead a group of software engineers, ensuring successful project execution, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation. Your expertise in SAP systems, development, and integration will be critical to our team’s success.

What the role offers:

• SAP System Knowledge: You should have a good understanding of SAP systems, including SAP ABAP, S/4 HANA, SAP GUI, and SAP Fiori/UI5. Your insights will shape our SAP-related initiatives.
• SAP Solution Manager: Working knowledge in SAP Solution Manager is required.
• End-to-End Development Lifecycle: Understand the complete software development lifecycle, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and deployment.
• Integration Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement seamless integrations between SAP and OpenText solutions.
• People Management: As a Team Leader, you’ll inspire, motivate, and guide your team. Foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and promote professional growth.
• Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into actionable plans. Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

What you need to succeed:

In addition to the core requirements, the following skills and knowledge would be advantageous for this leadership role:

• SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform): Familiarity with SAP’s BTP, cloud services, and application development.
• AWS Services: Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its offerings. Explore cloud solutions to optimize our processes.
• Java Knowledge: Familiarity in Java programming is essential. As a Team Leader, you’ll guide your team in SAP-related projects that require Java development skills.
• JavaScript and C#: Familiarity with JavaScript (for front-end development) and C# (for back-end development) will enhance your leadership abilities.
