The Opportunity:

Opentext is looking for a full-time Senior Systems Engineer to join our development team to support the continued development of our NDR Analytics platform.

You Are Great At:

Clearly communicating and collaborating with others
Finding different ways of solving a problem
Taking an idea from concept to a feature
Iterative process refinement through automation, normalization, and context management

What it Takes:

3+ years of strong and demonstrable knowledge of Linux Bash shell scripting
3+ years of strong and demonstrable knowledge of Python scripting
Strong and demonstrable knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, TLS
Strong Linux administration skills
Experience with vSphere administration
Ability to work independently and deliver on time

Bonus Skillset:

Experience developing and deploying large scale Elasticsearch systems
Development experience with C++, Golang, or JavaScript
Experience with Suricata and Zeek traffic analyzers
Experience with various CSP cloud APIs
Experience with Jenkins
