Senior Technical Consultant - IT Process Automation

Your Impact 

As a Senior Technical Consultant in IT Process Automation, you will be at the forefront of delivering state-of-the-art IT solutions to our clients. Your role will be crucial in analyzing business needs, crafting technology strategies, and providing expert guidance to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of IT systems. What You Need to Succeed 

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 

• Experience: 3+ years in IT process automation or a related field, with proven expertise in automation frameworks and tools (e.g., RPA, BPM, AI). 

• Technical Proficiency:  

• Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++ 

• Databases: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL 

• Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins 

• Platforms: Windows, Linux, macOS 

• Product Experience: At least 2 years in large-scale IT Service Management implementations, such as OpenText Operations Orchestration, Dynatrace IT Automation, Atlassian Jira IT Automation, BMC Control-M, and others. 

• Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4, COBIT 5, TOGAF 9, UiPath RPA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect. 

• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the capacity to build and maintain client relationships. 

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued.
