You are great at:
- As a member of the HR Shared Services Processing Centre, particularly as an Australia HR Payroll Practitioner, you will become an expert in managing day-to-day operational transactions, including coordinating with other operational functions and third-party vendors as required
- Responsible for managing time consuming transactions with NICE capabilities, members of the Processing team will support in areas such as Core HR (including On-boarding/Off-boarding), Compensation & Benefits, Timekeeping & Payroll with a focus in one or more of these areas and adhere to all company policies/procedures and legislative requirements:
- Payroll function: End-to-End Payroll Delivery for Regular cycle, Off-cycle and Full and Final settlements; Inputs review and processing, Payroll reconciliation and reporting, Managing regulatory and tax-related activities.
- Develop and maintain HR content in self-service portal and existing documentation in accordance with policy and/or systems changes/updates.
- You will work closely with the Response Centre offering triage support to process requests.
- Leverage HR Knowledgebase to ensure consistent and optimized processes, as we are always looking at continuous improvement make recommendations where things can be improved.
- Responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience, and cultivating a culture of customer service.
- Preparation of monthly reports as defined various in-scope support areas.
What it takes:
- Significant progressive experience in HR operations or shared service model within APJ and/or India region HR Shared Services organizations is required, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, related field, or related work experience. HR professional accreditation preferred.
- Pro-actively identifying and evaluating problems and determining root causes.
- Change oriented and able to manage conflict resolution.
- Takes initiative (self-starter).
- Ability to follow processes with a lens on optimization for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in high growth, fast-paced environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills. Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, and organize time and resources to deliver consistent results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer experience and excellent attention to details.
- Demonstrated vendor relationship management.
- Excellent relationship building and sharing of best practices across the Regional Centers.
- Strong analytical skills and solid decision-making capabilities to provide practical recommendations.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of HR systems and their application to advance efficiency of HR operations SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge would be an asset.
- Experience with APJ and/or India “From Hire-to-Retire” end-to-end process including HR Core, Compensation & Benefits administration, and Timekeeping & Payroll processing with a focus on process improvements, employment laws and regulations.
- Must convey a high level of personal integrity and a passion for excellence.
- Full competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
