YOUR IMPACT

This Lead HRSS Analyst role provides senior level support from moderate to advanced and complex employee transactions and issues received by the HRSS Response and Processing Centre. These are professionals who apply independent judgement to resolve dynamic problems. They drive operational excellence with optimization and efficiency.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • As a member of the HRSS Specialist Centre, you will provide specialized knowledge and escalation support for the Response & Processing Centre for interpretation and application of policies while delivering a high-quality employee experience, and cultivating a culture of customer service
  • Manage advanced and complex operational transactions and projects, including coordinating with other operational functions and third-party vendors as required
  • Support other HRSS Centres to alleviate capacity for HR CoEs and HR Business Partners to focus on strategic work, triage as needed
  • Lead training sessions and guide the Response and Processing Centre on updating response/transaction delivery processes, including any trends or outliers emerging from case volume analysis
  • Develop and maintain HR content in self-service portal and existing documentation in accordance with policy changes/updates
  • Leverage HR Knowledgebase to ensure consistent and optimized processes, making recommendations for continuous improvement

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 8+ years’ related work experience in an HR operations or shared service model within the Asia Pacific region / APJ or India is required, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders
  • Good communication, reporting, time management, stakeholder management, problem solving, critical thinking, project management, collaboration and customer service orientation
  • SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge would be an asset
  • Work in Makati, hybrid, between dayshift and mid-shift more frequently
