The Opportunity:
Senior Director – HRBP who will be responsible for the overarching People & Culture agenda for OpenText Philippines.
 
You Are Great At:
•    Will oversee day to day HR governance and will play a key role in strategic human resource planning to provide the organization with the best talent available and to position the organization as an employer of choice.
•    Responsible to work alongside the Global / Regional HR Leadership to design, plan, develop and execute the talent strategy for the region. 
•    Part of the Philippines Leadership team of the organization and will be a key member, responsible for driving growth in the region.
•    Through leadership of the HR Business Partner organization, will act as a senior strategic talent advisor to the country Business Unit Leadership, translating business plans into talent priorities. 
•    Align HR practices with the strategic business units and provide support to organization’s employees in Philippines. 
•    Advice / Partner with Global / Regional HR and Leadership teams on local country practices, culture and policies. 
•    Develop a people-oriented organization culture that emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, high performance and quality.

 

What it takes: 
•    An experienced professional with 15+ years of experience in HR with 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, overseeing HR Business Partnering; experience in the technology sector is preferred.
•    Should have worked with Senior / Executive leadership to develop successful growth-focused HR strategies. 
•    Should have a strong track record of investing in and developing top talent strategies and enhancing diversity.
•    Brings Analytical and Data Driven Approach to analyse and improve HR service delivery.
•    Worked in leadership roles with Best-in-Class Organisations
•    Holds a Master's degree in business related field or equivalent preferred (specialization in HR is an advantage)
•    Effective communicator who is logical, structured and clear, capable of engaging and professionally advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
•    Demonstrates strong influencing skills at executive level along with rich interpersonal, leadership and people management skills.

•    Hybrid, office-based in Makati with some days work from home based on present policy. Site to oversee is 24/7 but this role has some degree of schedule flexibility.
