Job Description
Position Level: Senior Facilities Coordinator (P3)
Function: Professional
Provide Onsite Support
You’ll be OpenText’s facilities management’s trusted right hand on all facilities-related activities. With the primary task of performing routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained.
You will also be providing your inputs and suggestions on how the processes can be improved and look for opportunities for potential savings.
You’ll also provide onsite support in the following aspects of the facility:

Housekeeping

Facilities' critical equipment maintenance

Events management

Inventory Management

Helpdesk Services

Landlord activities in the workspace
Meet the needs of the Business Units
We prioritize customer satisfaction in all our endeavors. As part of this role, you will work closely with the business units we consider customers on-site to identify their facility-related inquiries and requirements. A crucial part of the requirement is your Customer service and administrative skills. You will also work with external partners such as vendors, suppliers, government agencies, and internal partners from other G&A business groups ( Finance, HR, and IT). Knowledge of SAP and Net Suite is also an advantage.
Qualifications
Experience
At minimum, you must have 3-4 year’s experience in facilities, property management, or other related field. You have worked in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment and possess good knowledge and understanding of the following :

PEZA and BOI regulatory compliance

Local Government Unit regulatory compliance

And other government agencies ( BFP, DENR and DOLE)

Knowledgeable in Contracts, Sourcing and Procurement processes, and best practices
Capability
You possess excellent planning and organizational skills, enabling you to work and meet tight deadlines. You have a proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis. You effectively provide long-term solutions to complex problems by employing quantitative and holistic approaches.
People Person
You have the ability to interact with various customers including executives. You are also able to manage conflict and balance between customer and firm requirements.
Inspiring
You are passionate about quality and have an eye for detail to ensure the best delivery of services. You are skilled at dealing with stressful situations and can adapt to rapidly changing situations. You focus on meeting performance targets and work well with others in the process. You are open to new ideas and willing to challenge the norm.
Team player
