The Opportunity:

The Product & Cloud organization is expanding and so is our PMO Business Process team! We are looking for a self-motivated analyst to support Engineering analysis and operations support. Working closely with our FP&A, sourcing, and procurement teams, you will be:
Processing purchasing documents on behalf of our Third-Party Technology team and Product Development Teams
Validating purchases against budgets, confirming correct A&A processes are adhered to, and assisting with posting criteria (GL accounts, Cost Centers, purchase type, etc)
Consolidating and Analyzing financial details to provide insight into variances, forecasts, and opportunities for savings
Creating automation of existing reporting and analysis
Documenting processes from various inputs to help drive Process Improvement

You Are Great At:

• Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and vendor renewal dates
• Paying very close attention to detail
• Communicating with business leads to confirming understanding of data and the objective of requests
• Working with large quantities of data, manipulating the data, and turning it into an insightful presentation
• Connecting with subject matter experts who will partner with PMO to help us deliver our analysis
• Cross-referencing against multiple data and budget sources
• Organizing and maintaining shared files.

What It Takes:

• 3+ years’ experience in a process, financial analytics, or accounts payable role.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with SAP as an asset
• Willing to work fixed US hours (9PM-6AM PH time)
