Your Impact:

 

The HR Shared Services Processing Specialist is a pivotal role within the dynamic environment of OpenText Philippines. This individual's efficient management of a diverse range of employee transactions, spanning from moderately intricate to highly complex, is a key factor in our success. The role necessitates an unwavering focus on precision, exceptional organizational prowess, and a profound comprehension of the intricate web of HR policies and procedures.


What the role offers:

 

  • Accurate input and maintenance of employee information into HR systems. Management of employee records, including personnel files and electronic databases. Data cleansing and verification to ensure data integrity.
  • Processing new hire paperwork and documentation. Coordinating onboarding activities, such as orientation programs and system access. Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Processing and managing employee benefits enrollment and changes. Assisting employees with benefit inquiries and claims. Ensuring compliance with benefits regulations and company policies.
  • Generating various HR reports. Analyzing HR data to identify trends and provide management insights.
  • Assisting or spearheading with HR projects and initiatives.

 

What you need to succeed:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field. HR professional accreditation would be an asset.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand.
  • Ability to follow processes with a lens on optimization for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, and organize time and resources to deliver consistent results.
  • SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge would be an asset.
  • Must convey high personal integrity and a passion for excellence.
  • 5 to 8 years of related work experience in an HR environment, directly supporting front-line employees and people leaders.
