The Opportunity

With a commitment to innovation, excellence, and a dynamic work culture, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and spearhead the elevation of our employer/talent branding efforts and overall company brand in the Philippines.


As the Philippines Sr Marketing Manager, you will responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that leverages a combination of digital, social, owned and industry events, PR, customer success stories and partnerships to promote our company brand.  


You will work closely with the Global Marketing Teams and the Philippines Leadership Council to ensure campaigns are well integrated and aligned to Philippines Strategic Priorities for Talent Brand & Communications and Industry Relations & Business Development.. You will also work closely with regional demand gen marketing team to execute programs within Philippines market. 
You Are Great At

•    Develop and execute Employer Branding Strategy aligned to company’s culture, values and employee value proposition

  • Own the timely creation & execution of the country marketing plan with emphasis on building the talent/employer brand of OpenText Philippines 
  • Adopt and champion the use of digital techniques and social media to drive interest and company brand recognition – a digital first mindset 
  • Able to partner with Global Marketing teams and advise on strategic direction to advance OpenText’s brand position in the market

•    Integrate demand gen priorities with brand awareness campaigns to support business growth

  • Collaborate with regional demand gen team to align business priorities for local GTM
  • Adapt global demand gen assets for integrated branding, awareness and demand gen programs 

•    Utilize various channels, including social media, events, PR, and partnerships, to promote the company brand.
•    Work closely with Philippine business stakeholders and their team to ensure strong business and marketing alignment 
•    Build and present executive level campaign and reports with a demonstrated ability to take initiative
•    Own and lead campaign planning, development and execution – integrated campaigns with elements of digital and face-to-face  
•    Have a strong focus on execution and yet thinking/acting strategically to support long-term growth of the business 
•    Continually raise the bar on development of compelling, data-driven storytelling campaigns internally and externally 
•    Plan and execute OpenText events that forward employee brand engagement and external talent pool brand engagement 
•    Manage the development of relevant brand content and internal communications 

What It Takes

•    A minimum of 8 years of experience in a company brand marketing role with a proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that achieve target goals including talent pipeline.
•    Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field is can be an advantage
•    Strong communication skills as you will be required to work with and persuade many stakeholders within the organization.
•    Strong team player with the ability to work in a matrixed organization 
•    Experience working cross-functionally across Services, Product Management, Marketing, PR, and Operations
•    Ability to identify better ways of working at scale through building new mechanisms and processes; Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the discussion
•    Passionate about using and analyzing data to drive campaign execution and optimization
•    Strong analytical skills to understand the campaign metrics and provide meaningful analysis of the campaign performance 
•    Creative, passionate mindset with drive to foster innovation in marketing and communications
•    Ability to align personal creative style and curate relevant content to the OpenText brand guidelines
•    Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills and able to manage and execute multiple projects
•    Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
•    Work in our Makati office, hybrid set up. Can work any shift most frequently around mid-shift
