The Opportunity:

Serves as the initial customer contact for questions on usage, functionality and problems encountered with OPENTEXT products

 

You Are Great At:

 

Responsible for providing technical support to OPENTEXT customers via phone and/or electronic format for various OPENTEXT products, including but not limited to, Messaging, Messaging Applications and Software
•Respond immediately to all customer mainly through emails, less frequent phone calls.
•Responds to alerts generated for any point of failure within the client solution.
•Monitors all links to ensure all transactions from the customers are received and delivered on time.

•Resolves or engages others to resolve all incidents within SLA.

 

What it takes: 

 

• Working experience with SQL is necessary.

• Working experience with Unix/Linux required.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) knowledge preferred
Must demonstrate effective English communication skills and the capability of delivering technical solutions to customers who may or maybe not be EDI savvy

 

Additional Notes:
- Candidate must be willing to night shift, shift rotation, Philippine holidays and on call (when necessary).
- This is a Senior role and is open to candidates with 5+ years IT working exp
