PMO Analyst

The Opportunity:

The Technical Project Manager will be focused on coordinating key projects enabling the smooth working of the Technical functions within OpenText.  This role will be a mixture of project management and research.


You Are Great At:

  • Working within a hybrid of Agile and Waterfall projects to ensure momentum and reporting that meets the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Working with all levels of the organization, and quick to build working relationships with others.
  • Supporting the Senior Manager, Technical Project Management, in collating reporting on a variety of areas covered by the team.
  • Supporting other PMO Projects for the Technical functions as they arise.


What It Takes:

  • 3+ years of experience in Software or other Engineering industry.
  • Relevant University degree, ideally STEMIT
  • Collaboration tools, good command of Microsoft office tools - Particularly advanced Excel required and an awareness of Software Development tools ideal.
  • Project management skills and practical application of PM tools and techniques
  • Understanding of typical IT software business operations
  • Excellent interpersonal, conceptual, & communication skills
  • Basic financial acumen is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial terms, numbers & formulas
  • Good mix of technical & commercial / business training
  • Business Language is English
