Your Impact:

As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Dubai office, delivering top-notch facilities management services. You will coordinate all aspects of integrated facilities management, from supervising reception and front-office services to liaising with external service providers. Your role will be critical in managing the day-to-day needs of the office, providing exceptional support to staff, and creating a welcoming environment for new joiners and visitors.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years in team leadership or renewals, with a focus on customer service and facilities coordination. Experience in transitions is a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar facilities role, demonstrating a track record of operational excellence
  • Strong project management and time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is an advantage
  • A coaching mindset to guide and support colleagues while maintaining a results-driven approach
  • A detail-oriented and proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering high-quality service. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to create a positive atmosphere in the office
