THE OPPORTUNITY:
 

The Microsoft Partner Programs Manager plays a significant role in developing, managing, and executing Microsoft programs and campaigns across our partner ecosystem.


WHAT IT TAKES:
 

  • Always on top of Microsoft partner program updates and communicates important announcements, changes, and resources to partners.

  • Delivers 1:1 consultation to strategic partners around Microsoft benefits, attaining competencies, and unlocking incentives and rebates.

  • Serves as a Microsoft programs advisor for both the internal Channel Account Management team as well as the partners.

  • An expert in Microsoft Partner Center, assisting partners in navigating partner benefits & competencies, incentives, pricing & agreements, and analytics.

  • Builds and executes partner marketing collateral, webinars, and email communications around important Microsoft programs and updates.

  • Runs the strategic partners MDF and SPIFF programs. Helping our top strategic partners maximize their marketing & business development benefits.

  • Manages the Microsoft MDF programs: budgeting, collection proof of execution, filing co-op claims.

  • Executes and participates in Microsoft/AppRiver events and trainings as a strategic advisor on Microsoft partner benefits and rebates. 
     

YOU ARE GREAT AT:
 

  • Mature, motivated marketing professional with can-do attitude.

  • At least (3) years of technology marketing experience in channel development, business development, alliance management.

  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Partner Network, Partner Center, and the Microsoft Partner Incentives.

  • Consultative skills, knows how to train strategic partners around Microsoft programs.

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud, with full proficiency on Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.

  • Possess a sense of urgency, with detailed follow up and high energy

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required

  • Ability to manage multiple objectives

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience preferred

  • Travel as required

L’OPPORTUNITÉ :
 

Le Gestionnaire de programmes partenaires Microsoft joue un rôle important dans le développement, la gestion et l’exécution des programmes et campagnes Microsoft au sein de notre écosystème de partenaires.


CE QU’IL FAUT :
 

  • Toujours au courant des mises à jour du programme de partenariat Microsoft et communique les annonces, les modifications et les ressources importantes aux partenaires.
  • Fournit des conseils 1:1 aux partenaires stratégiques sur les avantages Microsoft, l’acquisition de compétences et le déblocage d’incitations et de remises.
  • Agit à titre de conseiller en programmes Microsoft pour l’équipe interne de gestion des comptes de distribution ainsi que pour les partenaires.
  • Un expert de l’Espace partenaires Microsoft, qui aide les partenaires à naviguer entre les avantages et les compétences, les incitations, les prix et les accords, ainsi que les analyses.
  • Crée et exécute des supports marketing partenaires, des webinaires et des communications par e-mail autour des programmes et mises à jour Microsoft importants.
  • Gère les programmes MDF et SPIFF des partenaires stratégiques. Aider nos principaux partenaires stratégiques à maximiser leurs avantages en matière de marketing et de développement commercial.
  • Gère les programmes Microsoft MDF : budgétisation, preuve d’exécution de recouvrement, dépôt des réclamations de coopération.
  • Exécute et participe à des événements et des formations Microsoft/AppRiver en tant que conseiller stratégique sur les avantages et les remises des partenaires Microsoft.

 

VOUS EXCELLEZ DANS LES DOMAINES SUIVANTS : 
 

  • Professionnel du marketing mature et motivé avec  une attitude positive.
  • Au moins (3) ans d’expérience en marketing technologique dans le développement de canaux, le développement des affaires, la gestion d’alliances.
  • Bonne compréhension du réseau Microsoft Partner Network, de l’Espace partenaires et des incitations aux partenaires Microsoft.
  • Compétences consultatives, sait former des partenaires stratégiques autour des programmes Microsoft.
  • Solide connaissance du cloud Microsoft, avec une maîtrise complète des solutions Microsoft Modern Workplace.
  • Posséder un sentiment d’urgence, avec un suivi détaillé et une énergie élevée
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement d’équipe
  • Excellentes compétences écrites, verbales et interpersonnelles requises
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs objectifs
  • Diplôme BA / BS ou expérience commerciale équivalente préférée
  • Déplacements au besoin
