The Opportunity:
As the India Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building the India marketing plan and developing and executing regional solutions-base campaigns that leverage a combination of digital, events and seminars (3rd party and OpenText), PR and customer success stories.
You will report to the Manager, Marketing and work closely with the Account Development, Direct Sales, Solutions Consultants and Partners & Alliances teams to ensure campaigns are well integrated and meeting the pipeline needs of the India business.

Have a strong focus on in-market execution and yet thinking/acting strategically to support long-term growth of the business

Own and lead campaign planning, development and execution – integrated campaigns with elements of digital, face-to-face and tele

Own the timely execution of the regional marketing plan with emphasis on identifying net new business opportunities within enterprise accounts

Deliver campaigns that meet pipeline build targets ($value and #volume) and won revenue

Work closely with sales and account development to generate sales qualified leads, pipeline and revenue

Adopt and champion the use of digital techniques to drive demand and tangible pipeline for the business – a digital first mindset

Plan and execute OpenText customer events and seminars or 3rd Party events that OpenText sponsors

Work closely with India business stakeholders such as the India Sales Leader and his team to ensure strong sales and marketing alignment
What It Takes
-
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B enterprise software marketing role with a proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that achieve target goals including leads, pipeline, and revenue.

Strong communication skills as you will be required to work with and persuade many constituents within the organization

Salesforce and marketing automation (preferably Eloqua) experience

Strong analytical skills to understand the campaign metrics and provide meaningful analysis of the campaign performance leveraging Salesforce and Eloqua reporting and dashboards

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or a related field is required
