Based at: Open Text Newbury. Supporting the business by receiving & taking calls and receiving visitors & new staff members to the business.

 

Priority to always answer the switchboard promptly and efficiently. To greet all customers, visitors, and staff both friendly and professionally.

 

To receive and monitor courier requests and provide shipping as required.

 

To assist Facilities Operations requirements where possible.

 

  • To answer the switchboard promptly and professionally
  • Meeting & greeting all visitors, ensuring that they register on the Visitor system
  • Facilitate the issuing of visitors & arranging permanent employee badges via Workplace Security
  • To order stationery for stock and special orders & monitor stock levels
  • To Book ground transport as and when required
  • To Receive & manage courier requests and appropriate shipping requirements
  • Monitoring readings of MFD’s and confirm readings to our supplier
  • Manage Toner restock levels
  • Book meeting room requests on the Outlook calendar
  • Manage catering requests for meetings.
  • Mail. Frank all outgoing mail ready for 4.30pm collection
  • Receive mail and distribute post to Department post boxes.
  • Assist in administration tasks such as invoicing and keeping records up to date on Reception
  • Act as point of contact for deliveries to site
