The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer with a strong ITSM, ITOM, GRC and SecOps background. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. This individual will be joining our Development Team and reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Business Systems. This position is primarily responsible for the development/integration and administration of the modules in ServiceNow.
You are great at:
- Experience in design and configuration ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, SecOps, ITOM and GRC as per industry best practices
- Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the team lead.
- Excellent coder using Java, JavaScript, Angular JS, SQL, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap framework
- Lead integration of ServiceNow with other technologies and data including Splunk, vulnerability scanners, security and governance tools within customer's environment
- Automating repetitive tasks, preventing recurring issues and increasing the usefulness and accuracy of data/processes
What it takes:
- Implementation experience in SecOps, GRC, ITOM. (*preferably in support of IRAP or Federal government ServiceNow environments) ( ITSM, CSM are good to have )
- Work with clients to design, architect coordinate, and deliver proper technology enablement and automation of cybersecurity risk and vulnerability management processes using ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps solutions
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and any other configurations required to support client processes
- Develop code and support integrations using JavaScript, Angular JS, XML, SQL, JSON, REST and SOAP
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple streams of work effectively
- Previous experience working with, State Or Federal Government will be plus.
- Australian Citizen with base line clearance will be highly regarded.
