E-Invoicing Principal Product Manager with French language skills
Your responsibilities
Research and expand interoperability partnerships with geographic and industry-specific networks that have unique regulations, data formats, and communication protocols
Consult with the corporate legal team to ensure contract templates are complete and accurate to reflect industry and government-specific requirements
- Develop and execute the compliance product strategy and roadmap for our E-Invoicing platform
- Stay up to date with global invoicing regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards, ensuring our product is in line with legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features and enhancements
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and user feedback analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for compliance-related product differentiation
- Define and prioritize compliance features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and development feasibility
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, providing clear and comprehensive product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support sales and marketing teams by providing product knowledge, and training materials, and assisting with customer inquiries related to compliance features
- Monitor key compliance metrics, conduct data analysis, and derive actionable insights to drive continuous product improvement.
- Act as the subject matter expert on E-Invoicing compliance, guiding internal teams, customers, and partners

- Working with key customers, analysts, and members of the field organization to gather requirements for future releases and feedback on current releases
- Maintaining the product roadmap and representing it internally and externally
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information systems, business, supply chain, or logistics & transportation. MBA is a plus
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with a focus on compliance and government regulation
- In-depth knowledge of E-Invoicing regulations, tax compliance and financial processes
- Strong understanding of global invoicing and tax compliance standards, such as VAT, GST, e-signatures, electronic archiving and country-specific requirements
- Familiar with common industry or government compliance regulations such as GDPR and WCAG
- Strong leadership-skills as well as customer orientation and proven experience in sales situations
- Skilled in presentations and discussions with business and technical staff
- Accustomed to working in an international environment involving multiple development sites in geographically distributed time zones
- Strong French and English language communication and presentation skills
