The Opportunity:


The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing activities in indirect sales. This primarily includes sales enablement and marketing support for our sales partners, as well as lead generation and field marketing activities to generate new specialist retail partners.

You are great at:


  • Marketing contact for our sales partners (distributors, resellers, MSPs). Enablement regarding "How to sell Email Archiving".
  • Planning, implementation and controlling of MDF-financed campaigns and actions with our sales partners. Close cooperation with our channel sales team and the contact persons on the part of our sales partners.
  • Supervision of our own sales and promotion campaigns in indirect sales, e.g. mailings, landing pages and webinars.
  • Responsibility for and preparation of marketing documents, such as sales guides, presentations and brochures. If necessary, also control of external service providers and agencies. Responsibility for the marketing content in our partner portal, as well as support for partners in the localization of marketing documents.
  • Conception and control of marketing automation campaigns aimed specifically at sales partners and managed service providers.
  • Planning and organization of your own events. If required, advice and support for events of our sales partners (in-house exhibitions, road shows, IT exhibitions, etc.)
  • Preservation and control of our corporate design and messaging, especially in partner communication.

What it takes:


  • Good relevant professional experience in marketing departments of B2B companies (preferably tech companies) or agencies. In-depth knowledge of how B2B marketing works, especially in international, multi-level sales models.
  • Good to very good use of MS Office. Furthermore, in-depth knowledge of dealing with marketing automation, CMS and CRM systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and business software, as well as target groups and personas in the IT area with a focus on medium-sized companies.
  • Organized and independent work. Proactive cooperation with marketing, sales and our distribution partners.
  • Confident and verbally convincing demeanor. Must be able to present when required.
