Join our Cloud Applications Team in in our office in Poland, Poznań (Malta House) or remote in Poland as 


Technical Consultant (m/f/d) Cloud Applications 


You will work in a highly motivated team of IT experts in our Cloud Managed Services team. You will act as 2nd/3rd resolution point for our customers to smoothly run their customized OpenText Enterprise Content Management applications in the OpenText Cloud.This includes help in everyday software use, analyzing incidents and solving problems, performing health checks and optimization of system operations.


What it takes

  • Technical university degree is preferable, but we also value skilled IT enthusiasts
  • 2-3-year experience in working in a Customer Support or Managed Services role - preferable for large customers
  • General knowledge of operating systems, network, and architecture
  • Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Understanding of cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of ITIL – ITIL Foundation certificate will be an advantage
  • Ability to fluently communicate with customers in English, German language skills are a plus
