As a Technical Consultant, you will work in a highly motivated team of IT experts in our Managed Services team. Your responsibilities will be supporting our customers to smoothly run their systems based on OpenText software. This includes help in everyday software use, analyzing incidents and solving problems, performing health checks and optimization of system operations.


With a lot of personal responsibility, you will support our customers throughout Europe and will be able to demonstrate your excellent communication skills and technical competence. 


Our requirements for candidates:


  • Technical background including
    • General knowledge of operating systems, network and architecture
    • Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
  • OpenText knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Being familiar with cloud technologies, dockerization, Kubernetes would be an advantage
  • An advantage would be programming experience and/or SAP knowledge
  • 2-3-year experience in working in a Managed Services role preferable for large customers
  • Knowledge of ITIL – ITIL Foundation certificate will be an advantage
  • Technical university degree is preferable, but we also value skilled IT enthusiast.
  • Ability to fluently communicate with customers in English (>= B2).
  • Communicative knowledge of German will be advantage.
