YOUR IMPACT

The Director of Commercial Sales (Inside Sales) at OpenText is a highly visible leadership role, focused on driving revenue growth and overseeing the sales operations across Europe. Your mission is to help our clients navigate the increasingly digital world, using cutting-edge SaaS solutions to transform their businesses, enhance efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth. You will lead a team of sales leaders and representatives in the Corporate Accounts Inside Sales Team, setting strategic goals and driving exceptional sales performance.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

 

  • Strategic Vision and Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and motivate a European sales team to exceed performance goals.

  • Performance Management: Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to help team members reach their full potential.

  • Data-Driven Culture: Foster a data-driven environment by analyzing sales data and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

  • Customer and Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to identify growth opportunities.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

 

  • Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record in sales leadership roles, including managing managers.

  • Energetic and Passionate Leader: Strong leadership qualities with a positive mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams.

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with experience in a multi-cultural environment.

  • Enterprise Software Expertise: Experience in Enterprise software and SaaS sales is strongly preferred.
