The Opportunity
Join our team as Senior HRSS Specialist in one of our locations Reading, Grasbrunn or Bucharest.
What kind of work would you be doing?
- Subject matter experts in hire-to-retire (onboarding, employment related data changes, termination, etc.) and CoE processes (in particular but not limited to Total Rewards) on HRSS side, with focus on Nordics & BENELUX subregion (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg)
- First point for escalation from Response and Processing Centers for managing complex transactions, processes, queries, considering optimization and standardization opportunities
- Create and update document templates, knowledge documentation such as process maps, SOP, checklists, FAQ´s, fact sheets, etc., maintain and keep HR Knowledgebase up to date
- Create HR Shared Services content for employees/managers for OTC, maintain and keep information/knowledge updated on OTC, also in collaboration with Service Excellence, CoE´s, HRBP´s, Risk & Compliance, etc.
- Share knowledge, best practice, and train the HRSS Response and Processing Centers on new, updated or optimized processes, educate the team across centers
- Assist with the onboarding of new HRSS team members (all centers)
- Main responsibility for RFP´s, Risk & Compliance and audits on HRSS side
- Collaborate with HRIM and manage HR system optimization initiatives, including system testing on HRSS side
- Manage global, EMEA-wide, sub-regional or country specific HRSS projects (e.g. merit, recurring transactions/processes, M&A activities, HR Evolution) in collaboration with the Response and Processing Centers and other potential stakeholders (CoE´s, HRBPs, Legal, Risk & Compliance, HRIM)
- Contribute to the setting and achievement of the HRSS and Specialist Center strategy and goals
- Drive operational excellence by initiatives for process optimization, increasing efficiency, quality and ensuring a positive employee experience
You are good at
- Relevant progressive experience in HR operations or shared service model/organization within EMEA region, with focus on UK and/or Ireland is required
- Extensive work experience and expertise in a HR environment capacity
- Experience with EMEA region with focus on Nordics & BENELUX subregion (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg) covering entire gamut of activities, end-to-end employee life cycle management activities and HR projects
- Experience with HR process optimization, process documentation, HR Operations/ HR Shared Services best practices and knowledge management
- Experience with collaboration with CoE´s (benefits, compensation, employee relation, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field (HR professional accreditation preferred, where applicable)
- Pro-actively identify and evaluate problems, determine root causes and develop solution
- Critical thinker, change oriented and able to manage conflict resolution
- Take initiative (self-starter)
- Focus on process optimization, standardization and efficiency
- Ability to work in high growth, fast-paced environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills. Effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, ability to prioritize conflicting demands, and organize time and resources to deliver consistent results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer experience and excellent attention to details

Fluent in English and a secondary language (Dutch or Swedish or Danish) is a plus
- Must convey a high level of personal integrity and a passion for excellence
- Excellent relationship building and sharing of best practices across the Regional Centres
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and solid decision-making capabilities
- SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge would be an asset
- Full competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
