Senior HRSS Specialist (m/w/d) , Payroll - Fluent German

The Opportunity: 


As a Senior German Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible of Opentext Germany and other start to end EMEA payroll processing. Responsible with processing year end activities, supporting internal and external audits. It is important to have excellent English and German communication skills to support our employees in Germany and cross functional global stake holders. The successful candidate would be able to support other team members and ideally experienced in working on payroll projects.


What You Are Great At:


  • Fluency in German and English
  • Good Level of MS Excel user knowledge
  • German Payroll experience 
  • German Payroll /accountancy qualified
  • Experience in dealing with local authority audits and resolving queries from local authorities. Able to assist auditors and work with them as required.
  • Desirable to have Global View System user experience
  • Ability to work independently to deliver results and influence stake holders to achieve the required deliverables. 
  • Good level of analytical skills and intermediate level of Excel knowledge
  • Able to lead, support payroll projects and provide transactional assistance
  • Able to work and support cross functional teams and projects.

  • To have good time management skills and commitment to achieving deadlines
  • To be organised and proactive
  • To have skills and knowledge to support payroll operations, transactional requirements.
  • Able to support requests from cross functional teams and to work with all stakeholders collaboratively.
  • Possesses the skills and knowledge to support regional and global payroll projects
  • Committed to improve efficiency, effectiveness
  • Specialist knowledge in multiple EMEA payrolls
  • Critical thinking, ability assess and understand risks in advance, advice senior managers and work towards solutions
