Our sales teams are geographically dispersed, and their ability to perform continuously at peak levels is critical to our success. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, we are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager who can provide best-in-class learning experiences for our global sales organization.
The sales enablement programs we offer are built to ensure our sales professionals possess the skills, knowledge, and expertise they need to be successful in their roles. Working with our Sales Enablement team, you will support the design, development, and delivery of a blended, learner-centered programs. Travel may be required (approximately 15% time and dependent on COVID-19 global pandemic circumstances, restrictions, and travel safety).
You Are Great At:
• Building meaningful relationships and being a trusted advisor to those you service
• Learning and development including design, development and delivery of various training programs based on thoughtful needs assessment
• Data and analytics as it relates to correlating enablement activities to business results
• Continuous learning strategy execution using relevant, impactful, and on-the-job learning experience
• Leading the continuous improvement and engagement of our training resources to ensure knowledge gaps are closed, and the desired business results are realized
• Analysis and recommendation of training solutions that align with organizational initiatives, business needs, and outcomes that focuses on the learner’s progress
• Supporting workplace performance, coaching, mentoring, and enabling social and collaborative learning experiences for all levels of the organization
• Creating exciting, engaging, interactive, unique and varied learning experiences
• Working in a fast-paced environment while juggling a variety of priorities
• Critical thinking and creative problem solving
What It Takes:
• Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of experience in a sales training role
• Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles with the ability to assess and design for in-class, virtual and online interventions
• Strong understanding and ability to design and execute effective evaluation demonstrating concrete business results
• Certifications in adult learning or instructional design - is a plus / or relevant experience
• The ability to collaborate with ease across global business units and platforms
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms, digital content creation, delivering learning virtually and in-person, and creating a positive blended learning experience for learners
• Ability to synthesize and analyze complex data
• Self-starter, can work autonomously, strong team player and can navigate a fast-paced environment
• A growth and global mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• In-depth knowledge for Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Creating exciting, engaging, interactive, unique, and varied learning experiences
