The Opportunity:
The Senior Cloud Application Engineer will be responsible for providing support and review for all activities related to hosted Applications on Cloud.  This individual must understand thoroughly of current design with hands-on technical experience.  The role will also help support development of innovative solutions in cloud and infrastructure technologies.


Your Are Great AT:
•    Collaborate with teams from Product Development, Professional Services and Customer Support teams to Deploy Services / Applications. 
•    Be an expert on Datacenter migration of Applications/Services, and Disaster Recovery Planning & execution. 
•    Work on Post Implementation Review process for bugs, fixes, and issues encountered in active production instances.
•    Actively support production incidents, problems, and on root cause analysis. 
•    Provide feedback with Engineering and Professional Services teams to make services stable and resilient. 
•    Develop and enhance Automated operations actions for Deployments, Support and Maintenance activities. 
•    Deploy on Containerized Services into PaaS Infrastructure 
•    Ability to prioritize work to ensure timely project deliveries.
•    Available to work on weekends to scheduled maintenance activities and Deployments. 
•    Position needs to participate on scheduled Application Maintenance activities during off hours/weekends, and Oncall rotatio


What It Takes:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or related 
•    Minimum 5 years of Application Administration and Middleware Administration experience 
•    Experienced in Container based Application Deployments and DevOps tools    in both on-prem/public cloud infrastructure.
•    Experienced in CI/CD technologies, J2EE, experienced with good skills in Automation: Ansible/Chef/Puppet. etc.,
•    Advanced level skills in Linux, Python and/or Shell Scripting. 
•    Familiarity with Tomcat, WebLogic, WebMethods integration platform and technologies such as JMS Broker ActiveMQ, and Apache webservers. 
•    Working experience on RedHat and Windows Operations Systems based Physical / VM Machines.
