Global Campaign Marketing Manager-Legaltech

We are seeking a Global Campaign Marketing Manager for OpenText’s Legal Tech business solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketer who is passionate about developing multi-channel campaigns to drive demand and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.  


As a Global Campaign Marketing Manager, you will join a dynamic team and play a critical role in building awareness and driving demand for the Legal Tech business globally and in the Americas. You will work closely with marketing and sales to develop innovative demand generation campaigns and lead nurturing strategies that include multiple marketing disciplines to generate and drive qualified leads through to pipeline. You have a natural ability to utilize multiple CRM and marketing automation systems to deliver, manage and measure the effectiveness of those campaigns and proactively review and optimize your approach for greater success. 




  • Developing an integrated marketing strategy to plan and execute marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives such as ABM strategy, landing pages, content creation, email, paid and organic social (LinkedIn), paid search, remarketing, events (virtual and in-person) and third-party programs 

  • Partnering with extended marketing teams to build and implement content marketing techniques across campaigns, including audience segmentation, search engine optimization (SEO), and persona-based marketing 

  • Coordinating with a global, cross-functional team of field marketers to build and execute global campaigns in local geographies 

  • Innovating and testing marketing systems to drive and enhance campaign deliverables and results (measured by sales qualified leads) 

  • Building and presenting executive level campaign and pipeline reports with a demonstrated ability to take initiative 

  • Partnering with creative teams and advising on strategic direction to advance OpenText’s brand position in the market 

  • Gaining consensus through data analysis and influence 

  • Negotiation and problem-solving; flexibility and adaptability 

  • Attending to details with excellent follow-through skills and ability to manage and execute multiple projects 

  • Innovation in marketing and bringing new ideas to the discussion 

  • Collaboration with the ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team 

  • Organization with the ability to prioritize and manage client expectations across multiple, competing projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times 




  • 5+ years in B2B marketing 

  • Proven ability to build a pipeline of qualified leads and nurture them along the customer journey 

  • Exceptional understanding of integrated marketing and how to apply it to the customer journey 

  • Experience executing campaigns using best-of-breed MarTech 

  • Experience collaborating with product, sales, creative, content, and digital teams 

  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines 

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail 

  • Passion for using and analyzing data to optimize, execute and evaluate campaigns and campaign tactics 

  • Creative mindset with passion and drive to foster innovation in marketing and communications 

  • Knowledge of the Legal space is an asset 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Eloqua is an asset
