Global Campaign Marketing Manager-Business Network

As the Campaign Marketing Manager, Global Campaigns for OpenText’s Business Network division, you are a proactive data-driven marketer who is passionate about creating a positive and engaging experience across all aspects of the user journey.

You will embrace storytelling and is focused on driving results. As a Campaign Manager, you will be joining a dynamic team and will play a critical role in building awareness and driving demand for the Business Network division. You will work closely with marketing and sales to develop innovative demand generation campaigns and lead nurturing strategies that include multiple marketing disciplines to drive qualified leads through to pipeline. You have a natural ability to utilize multiple CRM and marketing automation systems to deliver, manage and measure the effectiveness of those campaigns and proactively review and optimize your approach for greater success.




  • Developing an integrated marketing strategy, to plan and execute marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives such as ABM strategy, landing pages, content creation, email, paid and organic social (LinkedIn), paid search, remarketing, and third-party programs
  • Partner with the extended marketing team to build and implement content marketing techniques, including audience segmentation, search engine optimization (SEO), and persona-based campaigns
  • Lead through influence a cross-functional team of marketers to build integrated marketing campaigns
  • Innovate and test marketing systems to drive and enhance campaign deliverables
  • Build and present executive level campaign and pipeline reports with a demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Creative mindset with passion and drive to foster innovation in marketing and communications.
  • Ability to partner with creative teams and advise on strategic direction to advance OpenText’s brand position in the market
  • Strong persuasive skills; able to gain consensus through data analysis and influence
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills and able to manage and execute multiple projects
  • Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the discussion
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a matrixed organization with a virtual team
  • Organized with ability to prioritize and manage client expectations across multiple, competing projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times




  • 5+ years in B2B marketing
  • Knowledge of Business Networks—including B2B integration, IoT and Identity & Access Management is an asset
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline of qualified leads and nurture them along the customer journey
  • Exceptional understanding of integrated marketing and how to apply it to the customer journey
  • Experience executing campaigns using Best-of-breed MarTech such as Eloqua
  • Experience collaborating with product, sales, creative, content and digital teams
  • Project management skills an asset
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Passionate about using and analyzing data to optimize, execute and evaluate campaigns and campaign tactics
