Investor Relations Coordinator

SUMMARY

 

We are seeking a team player with two or more years of experience in Capital Markets, Investor Relations or Corporate Access. The individual will be an integral part of the team supporting the IR department’s initiatives and day-to-day activities. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support the department’s investor engagement strategy by conducting outbound calls and emailing meeting opportunities to target investors
  • Coordinate meetings/calls with sell-side, buy-side and senior executives, attend meetings and record-keeping
  • Assist with maintaining and tracking investor/analyst interactions in the CRM system
  • Assist in the quarterly reporting process, including coordination of teleconference, webcast and website posting
  • Prepare reports and briefing materials as needed to ensure the team is fully prepared for all meetings, commitments and travel 
  • Assist with coordination and logistics for planning investor events, roadshows and conferences
  • Manage all vendor invoices and Purchase Orders to ensure proper set up in SAP and that payments are made on a timely basis
  • Support future travel planning and logistics for the IR team
  • Manage and route inbound inquiries from the general Investor Relations mailbox

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • University degree or College diploma
  • Minimum 2 years corporate experience in Capital Markets, Investor Relations or Corporate Access
  • Demonstrated understanding of the capital markets
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, flexible and detail-oriented
  • Motivated team player who can work independently
  • Deadline driven, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge or experience with data analytics, Excel macros, or software programming language would be preferred
