Lead Quality Assurance Developer

The opportunity:

We are now looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and goal-driven Lead QA Developer who is passionate about their work and their results, to join us in our mission.


You are great at:

  • Participate in team's planning and design sessions and actively provide QA aspect
  • Lead the team’s functional and non-functional test activities and other QA responsibilities defined our development process
  • Independently work with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop strategy & test scenarios
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement comprehensive automated test suites to ensure team's deliverables meet the quality requirements
  • Plan test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and conduct testing, complete specifications and procedures for products, and document results of tests
  • Analyze reported issues and reproduce them in lower environments using test frameworks
  • Automate all repetitive tasks and drive for continuous improvement


What it takes:

    • 7+ years of engineering/QA experience
    • Experience with load and performance testing 
    • Agile / Scrum experience
    • Excellent communication and people skills 
    • Experience with test automation
    • Experience with QA testing of large, 24/7, mission critical cloud solutions is a big plus
    • Proficiency in at least one common development language (Java, C/C++, .Net, Python) an asset
    • EDI experience an asset
