YOUR IMPACT

As a Campaign Marketing Manager (Enterprise Content Management) for OpenText’s business, you will play a crucial role in driving our demand generation efforts, helping customers utilize content in context across all stages of the user journey—from acquiring new users to enhancing the experience for existing ones. Additionally, you will ensure the seamless execution of our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, marketing strategy, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Drive Ecosystem Collaboration: Build and maintain a strong network across the Content Services to enhance collaboration and drive business outcomes.Develop and Execute Content Marketing Strategies.
  • Partner with the extended marketing team to implement content marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, search engine optimization (SEO), and persona-based campaigns to target key audiences effectively.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and influence cross-functional marketing teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns that prioritize customer needs and deliver a seamless experience.
  • Innovate Marketing Systems:Continuously test and innovate marketing systems to improve campaign performance, driving higher engagement and deliverables.
  • Executive-Level Reporting: Build and present executive-level reports on campaign performance, pipeline, and other key metrics, demonstrating initiative and leadership in campaign management.
  • Creative Strategy and Innovation: Work closely with creative teams to guide and advise on strategic directions that advance OpenText’s brand positioning in the market, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis and persuasive communication skills to gain consensus and drive marketing strategies and campaigns forward

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years marketing and/or channel experience
  • Experience building business relationships at a decision making and/or VP level both internally and externally
  • Listening and communication (written and verbal)
