Every day, in every department, uniquely interesting work takes place.  The Corporate Finance team has a unique opportunity for a Principal Financial Analyst to join the team.  This expert-level Corporate Finance professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to support all corporate finance activities, including annual planning, strategic projects, maintaining long-term financial models, and providing strategic analysis support to Company leadership. You will collaborate closely with the leadership in this centralized role.

 

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Annual Planning:

  • Work closely with various departments and business units to consolidate their financial plans into a cohesive organizational plan.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in financial planning across the entire organization.

 

Financial Modeling:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support the planning process -- cash flow and balance sheet models as well as capacity planning and variance analysis. 
  • Assist Sr. Director in refining company’s internal models by making continuous improvements

 

Strategic Projects:

  • Project Evaluation: Assess the financial viability of strategic projects such as onboarding of acquisitions
  • Implementation Support: Provide financial insights and support during the implementation of strategic projects to ensure they meet financial goals.

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Accounting designation preferred, CPA, CA or equivalent
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with a focus on Corporate FP&A
  • Advanced skills and experience in financial modeling and statistical analysis
  • Proven ability to use computer software and applications -- strong emphasis on Excel and advanced tools such as VB or Python preferred
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to balance multiple tasks of competing priorities in a changing and dynamic environment as this is an individual contributor role.
  • Effective project management experience in large matrix organizations
