The Senior Director, Finance Program Management Office (PMO) will be instramental in overseeing strategic programs across the Finance function. This role ensures alignment with IT initiatives and maintains consistency in project management methodologies and tools.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Opportunity to lead strategic programs within our Finance function, drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business goals by collaborating closely with Finance leadership to align program goals with organizational objectives.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate alignment between Finance and IT on project priorities and resource allocation driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend strategic enhancements to the Finance system landscape and develop and maintain a comprehensive Finance system architecture roadmap.
- Liaise with IT teams to coordinate system updates, enhancements, maintenance schedules and ensure timely and effective communication regarding system changes and their impact on Finance operations.
- Establish and maintain consistency in approach, methodology, and tools for Finance project management, defining standards, templates, and processes to streamline project execution and provide guidance and mentorship to project managers across the Finance function.
- Ensure content and cadence discipline in project communications across stakeholders, implementing communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project status, milestones, and risks to foster a culture of transparency and accountability through effective communication practices.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in program management, with a focus on Finance systems and IT integration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functional teams.
- Expertise in developing and executing complex project plans with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster innovation within an organization.
