YOUR IMPACT:

 

Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, a Senior Financial Analyst within the Corporate Finance team, will be a critical member of the finance team, responsible for providing support to corporate FP&A, including but not limited to analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

 

The SFA will be responsible for supporting the financial analysis of operating expenses, preparing detailed models, highlighting key risks and opportunities, supporting management reporting, and driving improvements in existing processes. The position requires a person with proven analytical and multi-tasking skills who can communicate across the organization. The individual will have a proven track record that demonstrates strong ability to analyze large data sets, , diligent in managing financial details and clearly communicate financial information. The individual will be a self-starter and will be comfortable with prioritizing work, adapting to changing environments and dealing with multiple stakeholders.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

 

  • Monthly review of financial information related to close process and analysis of material variances to forecast and budget within tight timelines
  • Collaborate with FP&A leads to gather, and review forecast inputs, providing guidance and support to ensure robust financial planning
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support all aspects of the budget and forecast processes and financial analysis
  • Process re-engineering and designing of reporting and analysis infrastructure
  • Prepare corporate presentations for senior and executive management, and Board of Directors
  • Conduct detailed headcount analysis and provide insights into trends supporting strategic workforce planning initiatives
  • Ad hoc projects to support strategic initiatives and business decision making

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field
  • Professional designation such as MBA/CPA
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in FP&A
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze large data sets and create/improve reporting templates and data extraction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to summarize business results clearly and concisely
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
