The Opportunity:
Join the OpenText, Global Professional Services team that focuses on implementing OpenText’s Vendor Invoice Management solution for clients of all sizes
You are great at:
a.Helping clients optimize their Accounts Payable (AP) processes in SAP using OpenText’s Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution
b.Conducting formal blueprinting workshops from small to larger groups to elicit detailed requirements
c.Ability to take complex requirements and either match them to out-of-box capabilities or achieve a final design through minimal customization of the VIM solution
d.Weighing the pros/cons of potentials design options with clients and guiding them to consensus on a go-forward, optimized AP solution design
e.Excellent verbal and written communication skills using English, and preferably in French as well
f.Working both as part of a team (including leading a team) as well as working independently both onsite at a client as well as remotely
g.Ability to review a client’s existing VIM implementations, identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, and creating recommendations document
What it takes:
a.Strong verbal and written communications skills, ideally French and English speaking/writing
b.Strong business analyst skills particularly in the Accounts Payable SAP space
c.At least 5 years of overall SAP experience and 2 years of VIM implementation experience in at least one version of VIM
d.End-to-end involvement (requirements gathering, detailed design, configuration, testing support, go-live support) for at least 1successful VIM implementation
e.SAP ABAP programming skills are highly desired
f.Demonstrated ability to lead small/medium/large projects and/or multiple concurrent projects
g.Experience with implementing Optical Character Recognition solutions strongly preferred, and especially OpenText’s OCR solutions
h.Ability to travel as needed (on average 50-75%) to both Canada and the U.S., and occasionally even abroad to client sites
