THE OPPORTUNITY:
This person should have expertise in crafting and executing successful demand generation programs for the enterprise segment, while collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Account Development, Marketing Operations, and external agencies and vendors. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of integrated campaigns, uncover new opportunities, move quickly, and has a strong appetite for growth.
Your campaigns/programs will incorporate a full marketing mix including, but not limited to: Account Based Marketing, digital marketing activities, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and virtual and in-person events. You will leverage your relationship skills to build the trust and credibility with the field.

YOU ARE GREAT AT:
- Working closely with Sales and Account Development to generate sales qualified leads, pipeline and revenue
- Increasing lead generation and qualification through a strategic and prescriptive demand generation strategy by segment and persona. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy
- Owning the timely execution of the marketing plan with emphasis on identifying net new business opportunities and progressing existing opportunities
- Utilizing marketing automation platforms to own and execute demand generation activities included, but not limited to, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy, and more
- Leveraging the Forrester Program Pendulum Framework to plan, build, execute and measure program success
- Strategize and execute email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, trade shows, social media, and more
- Work closely with other teams to provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline & conversion, program ROI, and customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity
WHAT IT TAKES:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing programs, campaign development, or related experience in enterprise software or a B2B company
- Familiarity with lead generation and lead management tactics and process, pipeline management, and the associated measures and metrics
- Salesforce and marketing automation (preferably Eloqua) experience
- Strong communication skills as you will be required to work with various stakeholders across a number of different teams
- Strong project management skills to work closely with team members, Product Marketing, industry experts, and field marketers to ensure timely execution on all campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to understand the campaign metrics and provide meaningful analysis of the campaign performance
- A proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that achieve target goals including: leads, pipeline, and revenue
- A self-motivated, performance-driven, and professional demeanor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required
