What the Role Offers:

 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will: 

 

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision. 

  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products. 

  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. 

  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. 

  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. 

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. 

  • Provide training and support to internal teams on product features and updates.

 

What You Need to Succeed: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. 

  • 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology company, with strong strategic thinking, market research, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management skills. 

  • Experience with Output Management and Content Management. 

  • Experience with or good working knowledge of accessibility technologies, including PDF accessibility (PDF/UA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). 

  • Knowledge of various global accessibility legislation: European Accessibility Act, Section 508, and Americans with Disabilities Act (Title II and Title III). 

  • Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is preferred. 

  • Pragmatic Institute certification

  • Analytical, detailed-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
