As an Advanced Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring and continuously developing the high-quality standards of the APIs for our SaaS based content management service. You are supporting the developing team in providing of test environments and carrying automated testing for the SaaS APIs.

You Are Great at: 
•    Verification of software specifications according to the Product Managers’ requirements and the users’ needs.
•    Define, review and correct testing approaches, strategies and procedures in accordance with design specifications.
•    Develop, adjust and execute automation scripts to test product functionality. 
•    Perform initial acceptance and stability testing, functional unit testing, functional integration testing, boundary and performance testing.
•    Setup, administrate and maintain cloud test environments working closely with Development, Build and Operations teams.
•    Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test case scenarios to ensure product functionality.
•    Execute test plans to ensure that new and existing product features are reliable and that they have an acceptable level of function with minimal defects, as documented.
•    Use a structured scenario-oriented and problem-solving approach to locate, reproduce and document software bugs.
•    Submit, monitor, update and correct bug reports within the bug-tracking system. Provide clear and concise descriptions, reproduction steps and verification of results.
•    As part of the Research and Development Team analyze and assist in the reproduction, diagnoses, and troubleshooting of bugs. 
•    Interact with the Technical Writing department in the review of all published and online documentation for technical accuracy.
•    Investigate, test and verify customer workarounds for unresolved issues.
•    Provide internal support to Developers, System Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Support staff for the purpose of either case reproduction or the investigation of customer issues.
What you’ll bring:
•    Solid working knowledge of Unix and Windows operating systems
•    Ability to write automated test cases to test APIs using Java or other object-oriented programming language
•    Experienced in creating automated REST APIs testing such as JBheave.
•    Prior knowledge of testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, CloudFoundry) is desirable.
•    Experience in software installation, configuration and troubleshooting both stand-alone and in a services base cloud environment
•    Knowledge of various testing methodologies, experience in software quality assurance including automated testing tools
•    Working knowledge of relational database such as Postgres, Oracle or MySQL
•    Some experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems is a big plus.
•    Distinctive analytical, solution- and scenario-oriented skills 
•    Strong software quality advocate, well organized and detail-oriented
•    Enthusiasm in working in an agile environment (Scrum), good oral and written communication skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study with 4+ years of relevant experience.
