Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) will partner with the Talent Acquisition Advisors to ensure successful recruitment of commercial roles.  As an integral member of the team, the TAC will source for top talent in the market, support talent branding efforts, as well as ensure a seamless interview process and a great candidate experience. The Talent Coordinator will be a vital partner in providing top-notch support to a best-in-class Talent Acquisition team. 


You are great at:

  • Identifying and pipelining strong commercial talent using passive sourcing techniques.
  • Scheduling candidates for interviews with Talent Acquisition Advisors and Commercial Leaders with an emphasis of providing a great, timely candidate experience.
  • Actively contributing to our projects and initiatives and tracking progress for the team.
  • Creating new branding content for commercial recruiting and managing the relationship with the OT marketing team.
  • Generate ad-hoc internal reports and respond to data accuracy requests.
  • Effectively using social media to increase company employer brand awareness.
  • Administrative duties as needed (requisition processing, job postings, etc.)


What it takes: 

  • College/University Degree and 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Prefer 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience while leveraging a variety of platforms, systems, techniques, and assessment methodologies.
  • A passion for recruiting and a willingness to bring creative ideas on ways to attract and deliver talent to the organization.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to leverage technology.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize the demands of multiple clients.
  • A growth mindset and positive attitude.
