The Opportunity


We are looking for an ADM Europe Sales Operations Analyst with strong organization, collaboration, and communication skills. Working in an international environment, you will be a key business partner, responsible for supporting the Account Delivery Management business unit in Europe. In your role, you will execute multiple key business processes to ensure sales productivity, positive customer experience and efficient execution of business operations. Your activities will range from yearly business planning to on-going pipeline management discipline, sales reporting, forecasting and business analytics. 


You will interact daily with the associated sales teams and engage continuously with other key stakeholders in Finance, Sales Compensation, Human Resources, Marketing, etc. You will work in a multi-cultural landscape, building in depth business understanding. The conjunction of these elements together with a fast-evolving environment will allow you to grow your OpenText career in multiple directions.  


You are great at


  • Providing analytics on ongoing business initiatives
  • Leading forecast cycles as well as pipeline management processes
  • Ensuring all the needed information to support the business is available in a timely and accurate manner
  • Driving activities related to next fiscal year’s account and territory as well as go-to-market planning in collaboration with the business and the sales operations lead
  • Ensuring CRM hygiene and actively monitoring sales processes through analysis, modelling, and reporting
  • Working with tools like Excel, Tableau, Salesforce


What it takes


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent with typically 6 to 10 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Strategy.
  • Interest in software business as well as affinity with sales processes & tools
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of and experience in applying business and sales operations practices and process design to situations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptionally strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Effective communication skills to all levels within the organization
  • Team player with ability to work well with nationally & internationally disbursed customers and virtual teams.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks and workloads within a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
