Your Impact
As a Junior Technical Consultant in Project and Portfolio Management at OpenText, you will play a vital role in implementing and optimizing project management tools for our clients. By assisting in the analysis of client requirements and developing tailored solutions, you will help organizations enhance their project management capabilities. What You Need to Succeed
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 0-2 years in IT consulting, project management, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Understanding of project management tools and frameworks.
- Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++
- Databases: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
- Platforms: Windows, Linux, macOS
- Product Experience: Familiarity with Project and Portfolio Management solutions like OpenText PPM, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Project Server, etc.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), SAFe Agilist, and Program Manager Professional (PgMP).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional proficiency in German or French is highly valued.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in an office or remotely, travel to client sites as needed, and accommodate different time zones.
