As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing and implementing technology strategies, and providing expert technical guidance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in system integration, software development, and IT infrastructure management.

• Innovative Projects: Develop and implement IT Service Management strategies and systems that align with client business objectives.
• Tailored Solutions: Analyze and understand client requirements and provide tailored IT Service Management solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Lead the technical implementation of large-scale IT Process Automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Cloud Integration: Oversee the deployment of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure), reducing infrastructure costs and enhancing system performance.
• System Analysis: Conduct detailed system analysis and integration, ensuring seamless operation between legacy systems and new technologies.
• Client Support and Training: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members, and conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, improving user adoption rates.
• Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Innovation and Leadership: Leverage and expand OpenText AI Cloud capabilities to accelerate our clients’ transformation.
   

What You Need to Succeed
 

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT process automation or a related field with proven experience in automation frameworks and tools (e.g., RPA, BPM, AI).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++), databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build client relationships.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional proficiency in German or French is highly valued.
• Product Experience: A minimum of 2 years in large-scale implementations of IT Service Management solutions, including or equivalent to:
  • OpenText Operations Orchestration / Hybrid Cloud Management
  • Dynatrace IT Automation
  • Atlassian Jira IT Automation
  • BMC Control-M
  • Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
  • Microsoft System Center / Power Automate
  • VMware Aria Automation / Cloud Director
  • Apache Airflow
  • UIPath Automation Platform
• Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4, COBIT 5, TOGAF 9, UiPath RPA Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Working Conditions: Office environment with the possibility of remote work; must be able to travel to client sites as needed; ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
