Software Engineer

We are looking for talented engineer to work on our next generation platform for web analytics, data analysis and website optimization. We employ the latest technologies and a top notch team to deliver a quality product to a large base of enterprise customers.


As a Software Engineer, you will build a top notch Javascript based application frontend; you will construct new distributed infrastructure and/or algorithms that support new product features. You will also work on scaling capacity to keep up with increasing loads on the system. You will integrate with a talented, cross-functional team to design, implement and deliver quality products to help drive the success of our business. You will work with talented engineers, QA and other specialist. You are responsible for design, implementation, and delivery of features involving multiple engineers in line with a long term product roadmap. Some examples of the kind of things you'll be working on:


  • Design and implement new front end screens to support new feature
  • Implement new features “end-to-end” from web interfaces to backend processing and persistent storage.
  • Investigate performance anomalies, diagnose, and repair


Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • 4+ years of industry experience and knowledge.
  • Experience with Core Java, Linux
  • Experience with HTML/CSS3
  • JavaScript or PHP  Experience
  • Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and OOD/OOP principles
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Distributed Web applications architecture
  • Experience with Single Page Architectures
  • Familiarity with modern web application frameworks (Angular, Backbone, and Bootstrap, etc.)
  • Vertica or similar Column-store Database system
  • Experience with SCRUM process
  • Software applications testing methodology, including  debugging, and testing scripts and tools
