Inside Sales Executive (FAST TEAM) carry their own quotas and are the engine room of OpenText's sales organization.

The purpose of the Inside Sales Executive role at OpenText is to help customers use information to grow faster and be more efficient in an increasingly Digital World. The role is part of a global team of highly skilled and entrepreneurial professionals who understand that their customers are experiencing unprecedented change.


Customers trust the judgement of the Inside Sales Executive to help them solve their most pressing business problems and to support them in their journey to the cloud and to become a digital enterprise. The Inside Sales Executive will stop at nothing to help them find the right solution to positively impact the business, improve their most important business processes, or reduce their risks.




  • You can build and foster new relationships to get things done.  
  • Prospecting and identify key decision makers within the targeted accounts.
  • Building and fostering new relationships to drive sales directly.
  • You can lead as the point of contact, and more importantly sell and collaborate effectively with new and existing customers.  
  • Agile and able to move fast, process driven, ability to test the market and provide regular meaningful feedback.
  • Building and establishing a pipeline, through the creation of campaigns and territory planning.
  • Accurately forecast revenue on a quarterly basis.
  • You are solution-oriented individual that can easily identify potential and growth opportunities that others might miss.  
  • You can exploit and use software technology tools to drive your sales objectives.
  • You can flex your creative muscles and explore new challenges and opportunities. 
  • You can thrive in a challenging ecosystem and are a lifelong learner who possess a strong desire to achieve.
  • You are open to being mentored by industry leaders who are passionate and authentic about sharing their experiences. 
  • Expereince with CEE, Graphic Art experience 





  • Bachelor’s Degree educated.
  • Naturally motivated, driven and competitive. 
  • Thrive on being able to identify opportunities through analysis of OpenText’s client base as well as potential new business and market drivers.
  • Existing experience in SaaS sales.
  • Ability to quickly learn and become an expert on a new set of products.
  • Understanding of strategic, tactical and consultative selling process
  • You are clear, articulate and confident in all forms of communication. 
  • Ability to reward, recognize and inspire your peers.
