Production Support Specialist

The opportunity:

We are looking for a Production Support Specialist to provide 1st level technical support to Liaison customers’ worldwide. The role is focusing on analysing, solving and reporting customer’s technical issues. Occasionally there are minor programming tasks. Customer cases are usually created by monitoring systems or from customer’s requests coming by email. Customer support team works in three shifts (24/7) and working from home during evening/night shifts can be agreed. The positions are based in Tampere.

You do not need to be a ready professional since we will provide training for the job. This is an opportunity best suitable for a recent graduate starting a career in Information Technology field or someone technically oriented yet enthusiastic about customer service.


You are great at:

- Customer service.
- Learning new technologies and developing your skills.
- Working well under pressure.
- Communicating in both Finnish and English.


What it takes:

- Technical orientation with strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude for learning new technologies and developing your skills.
- Technical degree and or relevant work experience are a plus.
