The opportunity:

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to manage production Change Requests and provide technical support in a customer-facing role for our customers globally. The role is about production change effort estimating, change implementations, transaction error and impact analyzing, and proactive customer communication. The position is based in Tampere.
 

You are great at:

- Analyzing customer requirements, data integrations and interfaces.

- Implementing changes for existing data integrations.

- Working in customer interface.
- Learning new technologies and developing your skills.
- Managing multiple priorities and having self-starter attitude.
- Communicating with customers both in Finnish and English.

 

What it takes:

- Ability to analyze and understand customer requirements and propose solutions.

- Experience in working with integrations, implementation projects or equivalent in the IT field.

- Technical degree is an advantage.
- Strong ability to coordinate and prioritize work effectively.
- Confidence to communicate with customers, both in Finnish and in English.
- Experience with different programming languages is considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of common EDI/XML standards and connectivity protocols, such as AS2, FTP(S), SFTP, is considered as an advantage.
