The Opportunity
You will be responsible for developing and improving programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as managing goals in support thereof. You will also play a lead role in analyzing business requirements and developing and maintaining project budgets and operating plans for programs as well as authoring funding proposals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in program management, business analysis and project management.
 

Your Are Great At
•    Organizing programs and activities in support of the strategy and direction and goals of the organization.
•    Evaluating Opentext business processes, anticipating requirements, discovering areas for improvement, and developing/implementing solutions.
•    Creating and managing long-term program goals
•    Developing and updating budget and operating plan for selected programs.
•    Present evaluations designed to assess program successes and identify areas for improvement.
•    Organize and perform regular reviews of business processes and develop strategies for optimization
•    Assist in authoring funding proposals
•    Perform requirements analysis
•    Managing effective summary communications with a broader team of highly skilled individuals
•    Implementation, maintenance and updates of procedures
•    Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, output quality, and resource performance
•    Manage competing resources and priorities
•    Provide insight on program particulars to assist leadership with decision making.
•    Liaise between stakeholders and internal clients
•    Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
•    Analyzing program risks, and providing feedback to manage them
•    Working on strategy with the Leadership team
•    Monitoring deliverables with the specific goal of timely project completions


What It Takes
•    Relevant Education in a business discipline.
•    Minimum 5 to 7 years of Relevant demonstrable experience managing programs and resources, preferably in a multinational company
•    Excellent understanding of budgeting processes and program funding proposals
•    Sufficient understanding of Enterprise technology to support effective communication.
•    Expert understanding of program management tools and standards
•    Excellent understanding of business analysis tools and standard
•    Good understanding of project management tools and standards
•    Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and SM9
