Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Solution Consultant (Presales Engineer) with expertise in the cybersecurity field to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the sales process by providing technical expertise, delivering compelling presentations, and demonstrating the value of our security solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions using our cybersecurity products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase the capabilities and benefits of OpenText cybersecurity products.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the sales cycle, addressing any technical concerns or questions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity products, including their features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documents.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity space.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our solutions and engage with potential customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, including hands-on experience with their deployment and configuration.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in Japanese; proficiency in English is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Relevant certifications related to cybersecurity.
- Experience with Arcsight/Voltage/NetIQ /Fortify /EnCase solutions and technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and standards.
