Position Summary:

The TP Enabler will be responsible for serve individual client and its trading partner implementations. Implementation project milestones typically include the definition of project deliverables, product/service configuration, testing, production deployment, client sign-off and account transition.


Job responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation process by proactive communication between client and its trading partner.

• Ensure that implementation material / information gathered from client and its trading partner.


Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years delivering implementation or related services

• Strong written and verbal communication / presentation skills

• Strong team player, ability to manage multiple tasks and customer service skills

• Knowledge of network infrastructure and related technologies including TCP/IP, Routers, Proxy Servers and Firewalls

• Knowledge of communications standards such as ftp, sftp, ftps, AS2, https

• Native Japanese and fluency in English

• Must be flexible, adaptable and have the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Able to work independently and as a team player


Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of EDI mapping software

• Knowledge of Zengin protocol
