As part of an industry leading Data Protection & Security Cloud portfolio, MailStore  enables customers with a critical layer of mail archiving, fast search and regulatory compliance


The Opportunity

The Sr. Product Manager (m/f/d) will support product strategy and execution for the MailStore product offering. This senior product manager will work with development, marketing and sales to ensure that product roadmaps reflect the feedback from customers. Critical skill sets and experience include working closely with the engineering teams, including joining standups, writing Epics and stories as part of our Agile scrum process, prioritizing features etc.


You Are Great At:

  • Inbound Product Management and working with Agile development teams & data scientists
  • Listening& prioritizing to customers, partners, sales and other stakeholders feedback
  • Supporting the Development of business cases for product innovation & new growth opportunities


What It Takes:


  • Near-native fluency in German & professional competency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, email archiving, backup technology or equivalent
  • 5+ years product management experience with an understanding of mails and information archiving
  • Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle process and methodologies



  • Domain experience in the data protection and data storage, data privacy etc.
  • Exposure to information and mail archiving with SMB markets is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of DACH region, GDPR & regional languages is a plus
